Our Inspiration

Empathic Engineering offers unique coaching and training opportunities. We resulted from a mechanical engineer's valuable experience problem-solving with international manufacturing teams. Now, we combine her research in empathy development with a passion for bridging cultures to show how experience-based learning helps your team.
